INTENSIVE CARE: On site response within 4 working hours. If our computer maintenance engineer cannot repair the PC on site, we will install loan equipment within a further 4 working hours whilst your equipment is being repaired in our computer maintenance workshops. SPECIAL CARE: On-site response within 8 working hours. If our computer maintenance engineer cannot repair the computer on-site, we will install loan equipment within a further 8 working hours whilst your equipment is being repaired in our specialist computer maintenance workshops.
PERSONAL CARE: On-site response within 8 working hours. If our computer maintenance engineer cannot fix the fault on-site, the computer will be returned to our computer maintenance workshops. Once repaired, normally within 5 working days, it will be reinstalled at your premises. COURIER CARE: Your faulty computers or computer components will be collected by our specialist computer maintenance weekly courier service and brought to our workshops. Once the equipment has been repaired, normally within 5 working days, it will be returned to your premises by our own courier driver. We care for your equipment in transit and you don't need to spend time packing your equipment.
